The Founders

Dr. Kori Hoosier, DNP, MSN, RN

Co-Founder

With more than 22 years of nursing experience, Dr. Kori Hoosier brings extensive clinical expertise, healthcare leadership, education, and compassionate patient advocacy to her role as Co-Founder.

Kori earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Arkansas State University, graduating with High Distinction. Throughout her career, she has cared for patients across the lifespan and in a wide range of clinical settings, giving her a uniquely comprehensive perspective on both patient care and the healthcare experience. Her background encompasses medical-surgical and cardiac nursing, general and orthopedic surgery, joint replacement care, newborn and NICU care, private-duty and concierge nursing, and international medical mission work.

Beyond the bedside, Kori has served in healthcare quality leadership with TriStar Health, helping advance clinical quality and patient care across the organization. She has also served as an adjunct clinical instructor at Belmont University and as a BLS and ACLS instructor, reflecting her longstanding passion for healthcare education and evidence-based practice.

At the heart of Kori’s work is the belief that exceptional healthcare goes beyond providing information. Patients and families deserve to truly understand what they need, why they need it, and what comes next.

The vision for the company grew from Kori’s own experience caring for her grandparents and helping friends and families navigate increasingly complex healthcare situations. Again and again, she recognized an important gap between what is discussed during a hospital stay or medical appointment, how that information is understood by patients and families, and what actually takes place once they return home.

She co-founded the company to help close that gap.

Through personalized concierge nursing, Kori and her team provide families with experienced healthcare professionals who can assess, educate, advocate, coordinate, and help make an often complicated healthcare journey easier to understand and manage. Whether a client is transitioning home following hospitalization or rehabilitation, recovering from surgery, managing medications and ongoing health needs, or simply needs a knowledgeable advocate by their side, the mission remains the same: to combine clinical expertise with exceptional, compassionate, highly personalized care.

Kori has lived in Middle Tennessee for most of her life and is proud to serve families throughout the community she calls home. She is married and has three children.

Alaina DeSirey, RN, BSN

Co-Founder

Alaina is a Nashville native, registered nurse, educator, and healthcare leader with more than a decade of experience dedicated to caring for patients and supporting families through some of life’s most important transitions.

A graduate of Belmont University, Alaina has built a well-rounded nursing career grounded in both clinical excellence and meaningful patient relationships. Her professional experience spans medical-surgical nursing, orthopedic care, private-duty and concierge nursing, clinical education, and nursing management. She has also had the opportunity to return to Belmont University as an adjunct clinical instructor, helping prepare future nurses with the clinical knowledge, critical thinking, and compassionate approach essential to exceptional patient care.

Throughout her career, Alaina has seen firsthand how quickly healthcare can become complicated for patients and their families. A new diagnosis, surgery, hospital discharge, medication change, or series of specialist appointments can leave families trying to manage an enormous amount of information while also caring for someone they love. She is passionate about stepping into those moments and bringing clarity, organization, and reassurance.

Patient advocacy is central to Alaina’s approach to nursing. She believes every patient deserves to have someone in their corner who knows the right questions to ask, understands the clinical picture, and can help ensure their needs and concerns are heard. Just as importantly, she believes families should feel confident that they understand the plan of care and have the support needed to carry that plan into everyday life.

As Co-Founder, Alaina brings that philosophy to each client relationship, helping create a concierge nursing experience that is proactive, personal, and centered around the individual needs of each family. Her goal is to provide more than assistance—she strives to become a trusted resource families can rely on to help them navigate healthcare with greater confidence and peace of mind.

Born and raised in Nashville, Alaina has a deep connection to the community she serves. She is married and a mother of three, and brings the same sense of responsibility, attentiveness, and genuine care for others to the families entrusted to her professionally.
